As Filipino, it became our culture to watch television, especially when it comes to news and teleseryes as it is only the time when we can know what is happening in our country as well as see our favorite celebrities.
If we go back to the 1980s or 1990s, some or the majority of us likely went to our neighbors to watch television. Because not everyone had television back then. It’s indeed good to remember these times in our childhood when there were still no gadgets or social media.
Meanwhile, a photo of a family patiently watching television in their neighborhood went viral on social media and broke the hearts of netizens.

The family was happily watching their favorite show when the owner of the house noticed them. After a while, the owner of the house is said to be suddenly lowering the window curtain as if they don’t want them to watch on their television. Then they closed the door and the windows.
The family doesn’t have a choice but leave because they couldn’t complain or get angry.
Meanwhile, the said photos immediately went viral on social media and netizens give sympathy to the family. Some couldn’t help but get angry at what the neighbors did.
